Legends of Azeroth is a World of Warcraft guild, not a company. We only use the information you enter on this site for our guild and community in World of Warcraft. We never sell it and we never share it with others.

What we store

Your email address, to log in and to reset your password
Your password, stored encrypted (hashed): nobody can read it, not even the officers
Your character names, race, class, role and level
Your forum posts, event sign-ups and the notes you add to them
If you link Discord: your Discord ID, username and avatar, so we can give you the right name and rank on our Discord server
Technical data needed to keep the site safe, such as the time of your last login and short-lived records that stop spam and password guessing

What we never ask

We never ask for your real name or your address, and we never publish them on this site, the forum or Discord. Please don't post personal details about yourself or others.

Who can see what

Guild members can see your character names, rank, forum posts and event sign-ups
Officers and the Guild Master can also see your email address, so they can manage accounts
Nothing is shared with third parties. When we use Blizzard's API, we only read public character information from the Armory.

Cookies

We only use cookies the site needs to work: one that keeps you logged in during your visit, and a "Remember me" cookie if you tick that box when you log in. We don't use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

Removing your data

Want your account and your data removed? Ask the Guild Master or an officer on our Discord and we will delete it.
